All orders will be shipped the first available business day, unless otherwise indicated in your order confirmation. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible.
Return Policy
To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may return any order within 60 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). If you wish to do so, please contact Customer Service.
Some orders require that we receive the product before issuing a refund. In this case, we will arrange a pickup for the order. Depending on the nature of the return, or if you return an item without contacting Customer Service, you may be subject to paying the return shipping costs.

Even when you start with the right coffee, you also need the right
climate. Aging has to take place in a tropical environment where the
beans can absorb moisture during the monsoon season, and release some of
it during the drier months, without ever being allowed to dry out
completely. That's how the coffee develops its concentrated body and
distinctly nuanced aroma.
