Our Colombian Nariño is a unique and complex Direct Trade coffee. With sugared sweetness dominating most of the cupping notes, this medium roast bold-bodied coffee is an exclusive micro lot treat. Woody cedar notes and some surprising floral hints peak throughout this effortlessly clean cup. This Colombian Nariño coffee offering undergoes a 24 hour fermentation and drying process which helps to improve and deepen the flavor of this exciting bean. The farm, run by Javier Gómez, consists of only about eleven hectares under production with around 53,000 trees.
